Terms and Conditions of the Niglpgas.com LPG/CNG Weekly Quiz

1.      The first person to post the correct answer(s) to the quiz on the Niglpgas.com Quiz page gets the prize for the week’s edition.

Depending on the availability of funds/gift items, the first and second runner-ups may also receive prizes.

2.      An individual can not receive the Niglpgas.com Quiz prize more than once in a month.

3.      The Niglpgas.com Quiz prize winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize given to him or her, on the Niglpgas.com Quiz page.

Furthermore, if the week’s Quiz Prize edition is sponsored by an external entity other than Niglpgas.com, for instance Brookgate Energy, the Quiz winner must appreciate the company on at least one of their social media handles(Facebook, Instagram, X etc)

Failure to adhere to these conditions translates to outright disqualification from future Quiz Prize awards.

The importance of adhering to this rule cannot be overemphasized.

4.      The winner of the Quiz Price of ‘Cooking Gas” will be given a cash equivalent of the stated volume of gas(e.g 10kg) at the prevailing rate in the person’s location in the country or be directed to a partner’s LPG Plant/Outlet closest to him or her, for the gas refill.

5.      Any advert, contact details or messages deemed inappropriate, posted alongside answers to the quiz questions or responses on the page, will result in outright disqualification of such persons in subsequent Quiz Prize Awards.

6.      The same individual is prohibited from opening multiple accounts to submit multiple quiz response entries.

Upon discovery by the Intelligence Unit of Niglpgas.com, that individual is deemed utterly ineligible to receive Quiz Prizes in subsequent editions.

7.      All gift items dispatched in good conditions cannot be returned for replacement.
